    Parallel computing architecture has been adopted as the kernel for the design of real-time control, massive computation, image processing, intelligent robot and on-going projects of the fifth generation computer in many countries

    Some design aspects of concurrent hardware and software have been investigated in this project

    Special interest of investigation are concentrated on the following properties;
    (i) the partition of concurrent program into graph,
    (ii) allocation/scheduling of C/D flow graph, and
    (iii) the efficiency of concurrency due to granularity and other properties
