"Background:
PolyU has successfully conducted a design study on an innovative social project, 'Green Deck', consisting of 3 levels over the Hung Hom Cross Habor Tunnel Toll Plaza, which would resolve a host of social and environmental problems in nearby neighbourhoods. This project has been favourably received by the government and included in the 2024 Policy Address for moving forward with its implementation.
