  • Following approval in April 1987, a formal building proposal for the (Joint) Industrial Centre Redevelopment was submitted by the HK Polytechnic to the UPGC in May 1987. The building proposal was approved in January 1988

    To meet the future training needs of both Hong Kong Polytechnic and City Polytechnic

    The Redevelopment, situated in the North Campus of the Polytechnic, will replace the existing conglomeration of low rise workshops which were built in 1960s

    The Building is scheduled to be completed for occupation before May 1991

  • “IC Redevelopment Proposal” was prepared by the Industrial Centre of the Hong Kong Polytechnic and describes in detail the functions and requirements of all proposed accommodation
