  • During the academic year 1990-1991, the Polytechnic funded 132 new and 371 on-going projects. To date over 200 postgraduate students are registered for the degrees of Master of Philosophy and Doctor of Philosophy. The Polytechnic’s first MPhil and PhD degree candidates graduated in 1988 and 1991 respectively

    The Teaching Company Scheme, which was introduced two years ago to facilitate collaboration between the Polytechnic and industry towards conducting research projects
