    - 莊士敦道60-66號面向莊士敦道，是現時少見的四幢相連陽臺長廊式樓宇，樓宇的若干部分估計早於1888年興建
    - 4 幢樓宇座落於1887前填海所得的土地上
    - 莊士敦道64號由余氏宗親會於1966年購入，而莊士敦道66號則原為和昌大押，由在港已有逾百年歷

    建築特色:
    - 唐樓過去只有華人居住，故常稱為唐樓。此種建築風格於十九世紀在中國南方城鎮甚為常見
    - 唐樓乃歷史衍生，包括香港經濟發展、二次世界大戰及中國難民潮湧入香港
    - 結合中西建築特色，4層高窄長形的樓宇連成一排，面向莊士敦道處設有陽臺長廊
    - 面積約為450 - 700平方呎，樓底高，設有採光井，通往陽臺處裝有法式大窗
    - 沒有廁所設施，由專人收集「夜香」
    - 地下曾經用作家庭式商鋪，樓上為住宅
    - 行人路為騎樓底覆蓋" -- 市區重建局網站
