Members will recall that at the 20th meeting of the Academic Board at which procedures for the internal validation of Polytechnic degree course proposals were approved, the Academic Board was informed that proposals on other associated aspects would be drawn up in due course. Two of these aspects were: Guidelines on implementation & Guidelines on review. The attached paper on Monitoring and Evaluation of Courses by Dr. M.E. FOSS, has bearing on the latter, and is presented for members' reference
